JVP STEEL

The company was founded in Denmark in 1975 and went by the name of “JVP Stålmontage ApS”. In the beginning, focus was on selling and erecting steel halls. In 1977 the company began to manufacture and erect steel and machine constructions to large industrial facilities.

In 1981 expansion of the facilities proved to be necessary. JVP Stålmontage moved to a new location in Ringsted with a workshop of 2,200 m². Together with other companies in this new group, JVP STÅL was involved in the making of the new roof construction for the national soccer arena in Copenhagen. In 2003 the Polish daughter company, JVP Steel Poland Sp. z o.o., was established. In 2004 the production facilities in Denmark were sold, and all manufacturing has taken place in Poland since then. With the building of a new district-heating tunnel in Copenhagen in 2009 the company was again a part of the project, delivering 1200 tons of steel constructions. Marine Services Compass

Marine Services Compass was established in 2014 as a result of two young people’s ambition to use their wealth of experience from former jobs and to start something refreshingly new. MSC addressed the clients’ need for cooperation with a single entity which is fully capable of handling a variety of obstacles related to renovation processes in shipyards. MSC was supposed to provide vessels and their crews with the necessary support, spare parts and food. The company’s objective was also to support captains and superintendents as they went about their daily work.

The first months served as a test period to see if the goals were attainable. It turned out that the company perfectly matched the renovation plans of multiple clients whose satisfaction instilled enthusiasm in the crews.

Marine Services Compass cooperates with several Scandinavian ship-owners, as well as shipping agencies in Szczecin, Gdańsk, Gdynia and Sopot. The company stands out through the top quality of its services and competitive prices.

Marine Services Compass is ready to embark on a new year, one the is full of both challenges and opportunities to prove one’s worth.
